We held the Sixth Steering Committee Meeting of our project in a hybrid format at the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation, and Climate Change premises.

The meeting organized as a hybrid event, was attended by Sabriye AYHAN, Head of the Circular Economy and Waste Management Department; Özge Gökçe AKTAŞ on behalf of the European Union Delegation to Türkiye; Nurnisa ELÇİN, Contract Manager; Edward Scott CROSSETT, Project Team Leader; Gözde VARDAR, Project Manager; Oğuzhan AKINÇ, Deputy Project Team Leader, as well as representatives from the Operations Coordination Unit and project experts.

Representatives from the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change; the Ministry of Industry and Technology; the Ministry of Trade; the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry; the Climate Change Presidency; the Directorate for EU Affairs; the Turkish Environment Agency; the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK); the Presidency of Strategy and Budget, as well as members of the Project Consortium, also attended the meeting.

During the meeting, detailed information was provided to the board members about the activities carried out so far and the project, while the activities planned for the upcoming period were also discussed.
