The "Iron & Steel Regulation and Guideline Assessment Workshop" within the framework of the Technical Assistance Project for the Development of the End of Waste Concept in Türkiye started in İzmir.
Dr.Özlem YILMAZ, Industrial Waste Management Branch Manager of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Circular Economy and Waste Management Department delivered the opening speeches for the workshop.
Deputy Team Leader Oğuzhan AKINÇ and Project Expert Engin TURAN presented respectively during the workshop.
Working group sessions with project experts took place on the final day of the program, which was conducted in İzmir on January 27-28. The program, which included valuable comments and suggestions from attendees, concluded with a feedback session for the working groups.
